In 1991, Acura launched the all-aluminum NSX sports car which undercut that generation's top-selling cars with its performance and price. In 2004, the TSX made its entry and was followed by a complete redesign of the TL sedan. In 2005, the flagship RL luxury sedan received a makeover.
